As the name suggests, Broad peak is wide in breadth which makes it famous for its specific characteristic. Although, the fatality rate of the peak is similar to Mount Everest, but it is still considered to be one of the safe ones. It is the twelfth highest mountain in the world which is located at an altitude of 8,047 metres. It is not very far away from K2. A roughly estimated distance of 5 miles and when the weather is clear it gives an incredible view of K2 and Chogolisa.
The most latest expedition to Broad Peak was on July 14th 2019 when a 17 year old Shehroze Kashif from Pakistan set out and became the youngest ever to summit this peak along with his two HAPs Akbar Hussain Sadpara and Abbas.
The terrain is different from K2 but it has its own remarkable experience. The slopes are not too steep but the surroundings and the whole experience is a unique one which will leave you overwhelmed by the end of the expedition.
Bravo Himalayan Adventures will provide you with skilled trekkers and expert guides to make this a wonderful and a smooth yet adventurous experience.
